Come get your hack on this weekend with Atmosphere at the Trojan Hack! I will be going out to the University of Southern California to watch the students from various Los Angeles area universities compete to see which school has the best programmers and entrepreneurs.
There is no limitation on what developers can build, the only requirement is creativity!
- When – 6:00PM Friday, February 3rd through 6:00PM Saturday, February 4th
- Where – The Forum in the Ronald Tutor Campus Center, University of Southern California, California
- What – The event begins Friday evening featuring 5-minute tech talks from sponsoring companies. Hacking will continue until 3:00PM Saturday, followed by demos from 3:00 to 4:30 PM Saturday
I will be on-site and partnering with Atmosphere to offer $200 gift card to the developer who builds the best app that integrates with the CityGrid Places, Offers, Reviews or Advertising API.
Trojan Hack was created by Ju Hae Lee and Andreas Petasis, two USC students that were inspired by the PennApps contest, and wanted to create a competition so fierce that it would settle the rivalry between USC and UCLA once and for all.
Atmosphere and I are excited to see what comes out of the rivalry, come and check out the action, even if you aren’t a student hacking. There is sure to be lots of great action and networking opportunities!
